Earth Ed
Your gateway to sustainability adventures in the classroom and beyond
Look for the NBEN Member or Associate logo to find local groups
NBEN member groups are environmental non-profits that have as one of their prime objectives the enhancing or furthering of environmental quality, protecting the environment, or carrying out environmental education, and who agree with the mission and the goals of the NBEN. Associate members may also include any environmental committee of another organization. They will be featured at the top of all search results and their listings will have icons showing their active membership status. Look for the logo for local knowledge and resources!

NB Physical Literacy
A full beaver pond tour is comprised of a nature walk, interactive game about wetlands, and a critter dipping session (where students receive first-hand experience learning about many of the critters we have in the pond, by safely fishing for them with nets). Classes are welcome to each lunch as the pond as picnic tables are provided.

SucSeed
Join us in a planting session with Sydney from SucSeed!
We will mail you the supplies for your microgreen kit so that you can have a hands on component to our virtual session.
All you will have to supply is a cup and some water! We suggest trying to find a container to reuse to add another layer of sustainability to this project.
We will explore planting our microgreens, how to eat them, and then dive into sustainable farming and why all of us should strive to support it.
PSST... There are even some planting tips in this workshop!
